Well the challenge given at this class for the next class in May is as followings:
- get started on a month's supply of food or add to existing storage
- 72 hour kit
- finances
- Emergency kit with copies birth certificates etc.
- come prepared to share what you have done - successes

If there are any suggestions as to what you would like to learn about for this class please comment on this blog and the info will be forwarded to the teacher, Leslie Finn...all suggestions help us plan. I will post more info about what was done in this class as soon as I can get an emailed copy of info...why type it twice :o)
Plan on coming to our next class which is May 26th at 7:30pm in the RS room at the church. We will be tasting a few recipes that were cooked from our food storages only.
